Beiben V3 accessories share with you the adjustment method of angle lubricator:
(1) Turn the flywheel to the specified injection advance angle position before TDC of the compression stroke. When rotating the flywheel, follow the rotation direction of the diesel engine, and do not reverse it!
(2) Turn the drive end of the high-pressure oil pump in the direction of rotation of the oil pump to fix it at the oil supply position of cylinder 1. The judging method is to align the scribe line of the advancer (FB) with the scribe line of the indicator plate on the pump body.
(3) Tighten the hexagon bolt M12X55 of the angle adjusting plate on the coupling to the specified torque of 100Nm.
Two points: ① The scribed lines on the fuel injection advancer – FB and the indicator scribed lines on the pump body are sometimes covered by paint when they are painted before leaving the factory, and they can only be seen after removing the paint. ② Some fuel injection pumps are not marked with a timing line. The method to judge the fuel supply position of the high-pressure fuel pump is to use a small bucket or a hand pressed fuel transfer pump to supply oil to the high-pressure pump, remove the high-pressure fuel pipe connector of cylinder 1, and while rotating the camshaft of the high-pressure fuel pump, carefully observe the oil level in the tight seat of the outlet valve of cylinder 1. Once the oil level rises, stop rotating the camshaft of the high-pressure fuel pump, and the current position is the oil supply position of cylinder 1. A little inverted flywheel (not less than crankshaft angle
120 °), adjust the flywheel, and observe the oil level of the tight seat of the oil valve at the same time. Once the oil level rises, check whether the scribed line of the specified injection advance angle on the flywheel of Beiben V3 accessory is aligned with the scribed line on the flywheel housing. If it is aligned, it means the adjustment is correct; otherwise, it should be readjusted until the adjustment is correct.
There are several reasons for the oil drain from the oil filler and dipstick of diesel engine: ① The oil level in the oil pan is too high; ② The air pressure in the oil pan is too high.
The causes of high oil pan air pressure are as follows: ① The oil temperature is too high; ② The oil-gas separator is blocked or the crankcase ventilation hole is blocked, which makes the exhaust gas and oil vapor in the oil pan have no place to relieve pressure, leading to escape from the oil inlet; ③ The engine cylinder seal is poor, and the high-pressure gas in the cylinder enters the oil bottom.
Other causes: ① Individual cylinder pulling or cylinder liner cracks; ② Matching of piston rings of individual cylinders; ③ The piston ring is locked in the ring groove, and the sealing performance of the cylinder decreases; ④ The engine cylinder and piston ring are seriously worn and leak. ⑤ The piston is broken, and high-temperature and high-pressure gas enters the crankcase.
If the cylinder leaks, the engine shall be started with gas channeling, and the cause of the cylinder leakage shall be checked through the test and eliminated. The diesel engine is equipped with an oil-gas separator above the front of the fuselage, or it may be that the oil-gas separator is blocked, causing the engine to leak oil from the oil dipstick. If the oil-gas separator is blocked, remove the oil-gas separator, purge it with gas, clean the oil-gas separator to make it smooth, and run the engine to the V3 accessory to eliminate the fault. The oil-gas separator and pipeline shall be cleaned during the secondary maintenance of the vehicle.
